From I 95 Eastbound, take Exit 37. At the end of the Exit, take a right onto High Street. At the light at the intersection of the Post Road (Route 1) go straight across the Post Road and continue on High Street until you reach West Main Street. Turn left on to West Main Street. The Church is on the left at 34 West Main Street and the Church Parking Lot is on the left just before you reach the Church.

From I 95 Westbound, take Exit 39A. The exit ramp brings you on to the Boston Post Road (Route 1) heading south. Bear to the right as you come to the intersection with Cherry Street, a Friendly’s Restaurant will be on your right. Continue along the Post Road. At the second light, (you will see M&M Market on the right) turn left on to North Street. Travel on North Street until you reach the Stop Sign. The Plymouth Building of First Church will be on your left. Take a right on to West Main Street, cross over the bridge; the church is on the right. If you continue on West Main Street past the Church, the Church parking lot will be on the right.

From the Wilbur Cross/ Merritt Parkway, Northbound or Southbound, take Exit 54 on to the Milford connector. Follow the connector to the end. Turn right on to the Boston Post Road and take an immediate right on to West River Street. Follow West River Street a short distance to the Stop Sign. Take a right on West River Street and after about four blocks, you will come to the rear of the Church. As you pass the Church, go right on West Main Street and the Church Parking Lot is the first driveway on your right.
