Leadership

The staff of First Church works together to carry out the mission of the Church. Worship planning, pastoral care, program planning, scheduling, communication, maintenance of the facilities and many other activities of the church community are carried out on a daily basis by the staff with the support of many volunteers and the Boards and Committees of the Church.

The entire staff meets weekly to plan programs, share ideas, allocate responsibilities, and prepare for Sunday worship that is central to our faith community. The staff of First Church strives to be faithful in preaching and teaching the Gospel, in administering the sacraments and rites of the Church, and in providing leadership and care to the congregation.
