First Church practices our mission of care in many ways. The Food Pantry continues to serve many individuals and families each week. Emma Davis Medical Equipment Ministry continues to be open to serve those in need, but is not accepting returns or donations at this time. Milford Food 2 Kids continues to support the Public School System Food Service program, during the school closure, in order to reach the most children and youth in town. After Easter and as opportunities for service arise, we invite you to check in on our “Get Involved” page of our website.

Do you want to be a part of some mutual support among parents? Tammy Theis-Satterlee--parent, educator, and minister--is facilitating Monday evening sessions on Zoom to help parents approach this unique summer with grounding and support.
This fall, Sunday School will be online and seperate from our main worship service. We need teachers to help us share God's word with our First Church youth. Over these past few months, your generosity in giving to our Church Food Closet has been truly amazing! Thank you!! So that we can continue to help those in need in as many ways as possible, we are still in need of these items. Donations can be dropped off at the Church (follow Food Pantry signs) on Tuesdays between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM.

The Emma Davis Medical Ministry has continued to fill the needs of our community continuously throughout the COVID-19 crisis, but we now need your help. In order for us to accept donations/returns of items needed to replenish our inventory, we need volunteers between the ages of 16-59 who are willing to spend a couple of hours each week supervising the returns and volunteers who are willing to disinfect the returned items.
